Shipping Charges

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Delivery Time

Shipment of orders will take place on business days, not being a public holiday in the area in which our warehouse is located. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

The below delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines.

  • Delivery within West Malaysia : within Three (3) to Five (5) business days
  • Delivery to East Malaysia & Singapore : within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) business days

Track My Order

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website link. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email. However, please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.

We only deliver within Malaysia and Singapore only.
